KIBase QuickPad (C) is a free system accelerator tool that makes 52 applications to be launched with a single click or a key stroke.

Features of QuickPad–
     decoder 52 application shortcuts including shutdown/restart/lockup computer.
    decoder Quick search from Internet is supported.
    decoder Shortcuts for starting Screen Saver and turning off Monitor/LCD.
    decoder The keys in the number pad on your keyboard are mapped to the shortcuts of KIBase QuickPad, you can launch an application by just pressing a key in the number pad.

 Features to be added to QuickPad in future releases–
    decoder Make all the pages configurable, users can select what applications would be put in the QuickPad.
     decoder The tool should be able to started together with Windows.
